(1)火焰的温度 火焰温度低，料所形成的液相就比较少，不易形成窑皮，火焰温度过高，会使窑皮温度高过液相的凝固温度，窑皮容易脱落。

(2)火焰的形状 窑皮的温度受火焰形状、以及窑壳筒体散热等情况的影响。一般来说，太短、太急、太粗阔的火焰对窑皮的侵蚀比较历害，长火焰对窑皮较为有利，但会使窑的热量分散，对烧成不好。

(3)因此在操作时，一定要保持一定合理的火焰形状与位置，严格控制熟料的结粒，防止结大块冲刷窑皮，稳定窑内的热工制度，防止结圈，发现有大块或者是结圈要及时处理。
