本机是通过一组旋转碾刀，将前道工序制成的湿材注入环碾刀的不锈钢筛筒筛.孔中，从而制成圆柱状的湿颗粒，供下道工序抛丸使用。本设备可通过更换不锈钢筛筒来取得不同大小的颗粒。制湿颗粒也可根据物料和所需球形颗粒的大小。
